Alveston

St James' has a light ring of six bells, and a keen and welcoming team of ringers. New recruits, with or without experience, are always welcome.

Practice with instruction is held on Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m.

Barford

St Peter's has a ring of 6 bells in the tower. On Sunday mornings, one bell is chimed for the 8 a.m. service and ringing begins at 9 for the 9.30 a.m. service.

Weekly practices are on Mondays from 7.30 to 9 p.m. followed by tutorial (!) in The Granville Arms.

Early Handling Practice can be arranged on Saturdays and Mondays from 10 a.m. to noon.

Kineton

St Peter's is home to the Harry Windsor Ringing Centre, a teaching facility that offers a variety of types of tuition, including events for new and more experienced young ringers in Warwickshire.

There are eight bells in the tower, the largest weighing 10 Cwt or 510 kilos.

The bells are rung from 9.45 a.m. every Sunday. Weekly practices are on Monday from 7.30 to 9 p.m.

Lighthorne

St Laurence's has a new peal of six bells, which was dedicated by the Bishop of Coventry in 2006.

The band of bell ringers at Lighthorne rings regularly, and often welcomes visiting bands.

Sherbourne

All Saints' has a ring of 6 bells in the steeple. On Sunday mornings, one bell is chimed for the 8 a.m. service and ringing begins at 10.25 for the 11 a.m. service.

Weekly practices are on Fridays from 5.15 to 6.45 p.m.

Sherbourne is also home to the renowned Sherbourne Teaching Aids, a non-profit-making series of books and equipment designed to make the process of learning to ring church bells more straightforward.

Stratford-upon-Avon

Holy Trinity has a complete ring of ten bells.

There are weekly practices on Tuesday evenings from 7.30 p.m.

Sunday ringing is at 9.45 am for the Parish Eucharist and 5.15 pm for Evensong.

Visiting and touring bands are always welcome.
